eKYC Requirement for 2026
The government has made eKYC mandatory for all beneficiaries in 2026. If you haven't completed eKYC, your installment will be held until verification is complete.
⚠️ Important: If your eKYC is pending, complete it immediately at pmkisan.gov.in or visit nearest CSC center. Without eKYC, you will NOT receive payments.
How to Check Your 23rd Installment Status
- Visit pmkisan.gov.in
- Click on "Beneficiary Status" under Farmers Corner
- Enter your Aadhaar number or Mobile number
- Complete OTP verification if prompted
- View your payment status for all installments
Payment Status Meanings
✅ "Payment Completed" or "Amount Transferred"
Your money has been sent to your bank. Check your bank account balance.
🔄 "FTO Generated"
Fund Transfer Order created. Your payment is in process. Wait 7-10 days.
⏳ "Pending" or "Under Process"
Payment is being verified. This can take 2-3 weeks after FTO generation.
❌ "Rejected" or "Failed"
There is an issue with your application. Check the reason and fix it.
Common Reasons for Payment Delay
- eKYC not completed - Most common reason in 2026
- Aadhaar-Bank linking not done - Visit bank branch for seeding
- Name mismatch - Aadhaar name must match PM Kisan records
- Bank account issues - Account may be dormant or frozen
- Land seeding pending - Contact your Patwari
24th Installment - What to Expect
The 24th installment is expected in August-November 2026 period. This follows the standard PM Kisan release schedule:
- Installment 24: August-November 2026 (Expected: October 2026)
- Installment 25: December 2026 - March 2027 (Expected: February 2027)
