PM Kisan Grievance Registration Guide 2026: Online Complaint Filing Process

Payment nahi aayi? eKYC fail ho gaya? Bank account mein error? PM Kisan portal par online grievance file kar sakte hain. Ye guide explain karta hai ki complaint kaise register karein, status kaise track karein, aur kitne din mein resolution milega.

Step-by-Step: Grievance Registration Process

📝 Online Grievance Filing Steps:

  1. PM Kisan Portal Open karein
    pmkisan.gov.in par jaayein. Farmers Corner section mein scroll karein.
  2. Grievance Link par Click karein
    "Grievance Registration" ya "Lodge Complaint" link dikhega. Us par click karein.
  3. Aadhaar Number Enter karein
    12-digit Aadhaar number daalein. Ye PM Kisan mein registered Aadhaar hona chahiye.
  4. OTP Verify karein
    Aadhaar-linked mobile number par OTP aayega. 6-digit OTP enter karein. OTP 10 minutes mein expire ho jata hai.
  5. Complaint Type Select karein
    Dropdown mein se issue type choose karein - Payment, eKYC, Bank, Aadhaar, Land, Eligibility, etc.
  6. Problem Details Bharein
    Description box mein problem explain karein. Installment number, fail reason, bank details - sab information daalein.
  7. Supporting Documents Upload karein
    Agar documents hain to upload karein - Bank passbook screenshot, Aadhaar card, Status screenshot.
  8. Submit karein
    "Submit Grievance" button par click karein. Reference number milega - isse save karein!
  9. Reference Number Note karein
    Unique reference number print out lein ya screenshot lein. Ye tracking ke liye zaroori hai.

Grievance Status Tracking

Complaint file karne ke baad, status check karna zaroori hai. Follow-up aur resolution timeline track kar sakte hain:

🔍 Status Check Process:

  1. pmkisan.gov.in par jaayein
  2. Farmers Corner > Grievance Status par click karein
  3. Reference number enter karein (jo submit ke baad mila)
  4. Ya Aadhaar number se bhi check kar sakte hain
  5. Status dikhai dega: Submitted / Under Review / Resolved / Rejected

Status Meanings:

  • Submitted: Complaint received, abhi review nahi hua
  • Under Review: Department issue investigate kar rahi hai
  • Resolved: Problem fix ho gaya, action taken
  • Rejected: Complaint valid nahi thi ya information incomplete thi
  • Escalated: Higher level par bheja gaya complex case ke liye

Resolution Timeline - Kitne Din Mein Response Milega?

⏰ Expected Timeline:
• Simple issues (eKYC OTP, bank details): 7-10 working days
• Medium issues (Aadhaar linking, name mismatch): 15-20 working days
• Complex issues (land seeding, eligibility, duplicate): 30 working days
• Escalated cases: May take 45+ days

Note: Weekend aur government holidays excluded hain. Agar 30 days mein resolution nahi mila to follow-up zaroor karein.

Alternative: CSC Center se Grievance File karein

Agar online process mein problem aa rahi hai (OTP nahi aata, portal slow hai), to nearest CSC Center visit kar sakte hain:

  • CSC Center par jaayein (CSC locator: csc.gov.in)
  • PM Kisan grievance registration request karein
  • CSC operator Aadhaar se verification karega
  • Complaint details bharega aur submit karega
  • Reference number print out milega
  • CSC fee: Usually ₹20-50 service charge

Grievance Resolve Nahi Hui - Next Steps

⚠️ Agar 30+ days mein response nahi aaya:

  1. Follow-up grievance file karein (same reference number mention karein)
  2. Block Agriculture Officer se milein
  3. State Agriculture Department ko email karein
  4. District Collector office mein complaint de sakte hain
  5. Agar bank issue hai - RBI Ombudsman complaint file karein
