🏠 Land Bechne Ke Baad PM Kisan Kya Hota Hai?

❌ Kyun Ho Jaate Ho Ineligible?
PM Kisan scheme ki yeh eligibility criteria hai:
- Land Ownership: Aapke naam par agricultural land honi chahiye

February 2019 Rule: 1 February 2019 ke baad jo land khareed gayi hai, wo PM Kisan eligibility ke liye count nahi hoti. Iska matlab agar aapne land bech kar nayi khareedni hai, toh nayi land eligibility ke liye count nahi hoga.
📝 Land Sold Hone Ke Baad Kya Karein — Step by Step
Agar aapne apni land bech di hai ya bechne ki soch rahe hain, toh ye steps follow karein:
Land Sale Complete Karein
Pehle apni land ki registry complete karein. Sale deed/registry hone ke baad land aapke naam se hata di jayegi.
Voluntary Surrender Form Bharen
pmkisan.gov.in → Farmers Corner → Updation of Self Registered Farmer → Voluntary Surrender. Ya nearest CSC center par jaake surrender form fill karaein.
Visit PM Kisan Portal →Confirmation Wait Karein
Surrender submit karne ke baad 7-15 days mein confirmation aayega. Aapka status 'Surrendered' ho jayega aur beneficiary list se remove ho jaoge.
Naya Registration (Agar Zaroori Ho)
Agar nayi land khareedni hai aur aap PM Kisan continue chahte hain, toh naya registration process shuru karein.
💻 Online Voluntary Surrender Kaise Karein
Step-by-Step Online Process:
- pmkisan.gov.in par jaayein
- Farmers Corner mein jayein
- "Updation of Self Registered Farmer" click karein
- Apna Aadhaar ya Registration Number enter karein
- OTP verify karein
- "Voluntary Surrender" option select karein
- Reason选择 karein (Land Sold, No Land, etc.)
- Submit karein
✅ Result: Surrender submit karne ke 7-15 din ke andar aapka status 'Surrendered' ho jayega. Aap beneficiary list mein nahi dikhein.
🏢 CSC Center Se Surrender Kaise Karein
Agar aapko online process samajh nahi aata ya internet access nahi hai, toh nearest CSC (Common Service Center) par ja sakte hain. Wahan的工作人员 aapki madad karenge.
CSC Center Par Ye Documents Le Jaayein:
- Aadhaar Card — Self attested copy
- PM Kisan Registration Number — Confirmation ke liye
- Land Sale Documents — Sale deed ya registry copy (optional)
- Bank Passbook — First page ki copy
Note: CSC center pehle se appointment de sakte hain ya direct bhi ja sakte hain. Unka fee usually ₹20-50 tak hoti hai surrender process ke liye.
🆕 Naya Land Khareedna Ho toh Kya Karein?
⚠️ Important: February 1, 2019 ke baad khareeda gaya land PM Kisan eligibility ke liye count nahi hota!
Iska matlab agar aapne February 2019 ke baad naya land khareeda hai, toh aap uske liye PM Kisan ke liye eligible nahi hogen — chahe aapne purani land bech diya ho. Ye government rule hai jo deduplication aur fake beneficiary removal ke liye hai.
Naya Registration Kab Kar Sakte Hain?
- Purani land bech kar nayi khareedni hai: February 2019 se pehle khareedi gayi land — eligible
- Inheritance mein nayi land aayi: Mutation/dakhil-kharij complete ho — eligible
- February 2019 ke baad khareeda naya land: Not eligible for PM Kisan
- Family transfer (gift deed): Depends on timing aur documentation
🛒 Land Khareedne Wale Ko Kya Karna Hai?
Agar aapne land khareedi hai jiska PM Kisan registration pehle owner ke saath tha, toh aapko naya registration karna hoga. Purana registration automatically close nahi hoga — aapko naya registration karna hoga apne naam par.
Naya Registration Ke Liye:
- pmkisan.gov.in → Farmers Corner → New Farmer Registration
- Land details: Khata, Khasra, Area, Village
- Bank Account details (Aadhaar linked hona chahiye)
- Aadhaar number aur mobile number
- eKYC complete karein
Note: Naya registration hone tak time lag sakta hai. Immediately registration karwaein taaki agle installment se benefit mil sake.
