Name spelling mistakes are common. If your PM Kisan record has wrong name compared to Aadhaar, follow these steps:

  3. Click "Name Correction as per Aadhaar"

Changed your bank account? PM Kisan needs the new account for installment transfer. In 2026, the process has changed:

⚠️ Note: Manual bank account entry is no longer allowed on portal. Aadhaar-linked bank account is fetched automatically.

How to Update Bank Account

  1. First, link your new bank account with Aadhaar (visit bank branch)
  2. Bank will update Aadhaar seeding in their system
  3. Wait 2-3 days for Aadhaar-bank linking to reflect
  4. Now complete e-KYC on PM Kisan portal
  5. e-KYC fetches your latest Aadhaar-linked bank
  6. New bank account appears in PM Kisan records

📱 Mobile Number Update

Mobile number is crucial for OTP-based verification and status alerts. If you changed your phone, update it in PM Kisan:

  2. Click "Update Mobile Number" in Farmers Corner
  3. Enter Aadhaar number
  4. Enter your old mobile number (registered)
  5. Enter new mobile number
  6. Click "Get OTP" on old mobile
  7. Enter OTP and submit
  8. New mobile number is now registered

Wrong address in PM Kisan? Use the Address Correction Form:

  1. Visit pmkisan.gov.in/UpdationOfAddressForIneligible.aspx
  2. Enter Aadhaar number
  3. Update address details as per Aadhaar
  4. Submit form
  5. Address updates after verification
