Joint family mein sabse bada confusion yeh hai ki "kya sab bete ko alag se PM Kisan milega?". Niyat clear hai:

✅ Yeh Hoga

  • Har family member khud ke naam par land own kare toh alag se eligible
  • Partition ke baad alag-alag land ho toh har ek eligible
  • Pati-patni dono ke naam par alag land toh dono ko milega
  • Ek hi mobile number se sab register kar sakte hain

❌ Yeh Nahi Hoga

  • Ek hi land par 2-3 log alag se claim nahi kar sakte
  • Pita ki land par beta ko PM Kisan nahi milega
  • Joint khata mein sab ko alag se payment nahi milega
  • Land ke bina koi bhi PM Kisan nahi le sakta

⚠️ Key Rule: PM Kisan land-owner farmer ko milta hai. Land ka ownership record (Khata/Khasra) jis ke naam par hai, wohi beneficiary hoga. Sharing ya inheritance land ka claim nahi chalta — registered ownership dekhi jaati hai.

👩 Mahila Farmer Registration — Special Cases

Mahila farmers ke liye PM Kisan mein kuch special considerations hain:

✅ Mahila Eligible Hai Agar:

  • Uske naam par khud ki agricultural land hai (Khata/Khasra mein name)
  • Widow hai aur husband ki land apne naam transfer karwa li
  • Divorced hai aur court order se land mila hai
  • Single woman farmer hai apni zameen par

❌ Mahila Eligible NAHI Agar:

  • Sasural ki land pati ke naam par hai — woh beneficiary nahi
  • Joint family property hai par uske individual share ka proof nahi
  • Uske paas koi zameen hi nahi hai
  • Woh government employee hai (₹10,000+ pension wali)

💡 Bahu ka case: Agar bahu ke naam par sasural ya maiden home mein land hai, toh woh eligible hai. Lekin sirf sasural mein rehna ya pati ke saath kheti karna eligibility nahi deta — uske naam par land hona zaroori hai.

Land Records Check Karein

Khata/Khasra mein patni ka naam confirm karein. Agar nahi hai toh patwari se naam addition karwaein.

Aadhaar-Bank Linking

Patni ka Aadhaar uske bank account se linked hona chahiye. Alag bank account use karein — pati ka account mat use karein.

Separate Registration Karein

Patni ka alag se registration karein pmkisan.gov.in par. Pati ke saath joint registration nahi hota — alag alag karna padta hai.

Patni ka eKYC uske Aadhaar-linked mobile number se complete karein. Face authentication bhi use kar sakte hain.

Registration ke 15-30 din baad kiststatus.in par status check karein ki name beneficiary list mein aaya ya nahi.

PM Kisan mein ek Aadhaar se sirf ek registration valid hota hai. Agar aapne duplicate registration ki hai toh sarkar ne 1.13 crore naam hata diye hain deduplication drive mein.
