No reachable bill payment/check portal found for Ladakh. cesco.ladakh.gov.in and ladakh.gov.in did not respond. Ladakh is a newly created UT and may rely on union territory-level billing systems.
Nagaland
Nagaland State Power Corporation Limited (NSPCL)
NSPCL is the successor entity to the Nagaland Electricity Board (NEB). Bill payment/existing connection status available via nepco.nic.in portal.
Sikkim
Sikkim Power Development Corporation Limited (SPDC)
SPDC handles distribution. Sikkim's power sector has been restructured; single utility state. Bill payment portal at sikkimpower.com (unverified - network issues prevented curl verification).
Tripura
Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL)
TSECL is the licensed distribution company for Tripura. Official bill status portal confirmed via curl (HTTP 200).
Arunachal Pradesh
Department of Power, Government of Arunachal Pradesh
No dedicated consumer-facing bill payment portal found. The site at www.arunachalpower.com is an internal government reporting portal (AT&C loss tracking, billing/collection data, tariff info) for the Department of Power, not a consumer bill payment portal. www.apdcl.org belongs to Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (Assam), not Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal Pradesh electricity consumers do not appear to have an official online bill payment portal as of this check.
Manipur
MSPDCL (Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited)
MSPDCL is the sole DISCOM for Manipur. Consumer bill payment portal (billing.mspdcl.in/quickpay) is reachable and returns HTTP 200. Secondary portals include prepaid recharge (billing.mspdcl.in) and smart meter portal (sangaimspdcl.in). PM Surya Ghar portal is accessible but returns 403 from curl (may work in browser).
Meghalaya
MeECL (Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited)
Consumer portal at meghalaya.gov.in domain (meghapower.com) is reachable. MeECL website also hosts a pay-bill-online page. Both primary bill-check and pay-bill URLs are functional.
Mizoram
Power & Electricity Department, Government of Mizoram
Mizoram's electricity distribution is managed by the Power & Electricity Department (P&E Department), Government of Mizoram. The official department portal is https://power.mizoram.gov.in. The consumer grievance/complaint portal is reachable at https://pedmconsumer.ugoerp.com/ (verified HTTP 200). No dedicated consumer bill payment/check portal was found on the official P&E Department website; consumers are directed to the complaint redressal portal. Mizoram has historically been power-deficit but as of 2017 with the Tuirial hydropower project, it became power-surplus.

Haan, sabhi state discom portals par aap UPI, debit card, credit card, ya net banking se online bill payment kar sakte hain. Kuch states mein mobile app bhi available hai.
Har discom ka 1912 helpline (24×7) available hai. Aap official portal par bhi online complaint register kar sakte hain. Jaldi nirmaan (GMC) ke liye municipal corporation se bhi contact kar sakte hain.
Apne state discom portal par 'New Connection' ya 'Apply Online' section se agricultural electricity connection ke liye apply kar sakte hain. Required documents: Aadhaar, land records, aur bank details.
Discom portal par login karke 'Bill Download' ya 'View Bill' section mein apna consumer number aur billing period select karein. Aap latest bill ka PDF download kar sakte hain.
