23वीं किस्त (APR-JUL 2026) का इंतजार कर रहे हैं लेकिन payment नहीं आई? आप अकेले नहीं हैं — हजारों farmers को यह problem होती है। अधिकतर cases में 5 common reasons होते हैं जिन्हें fix करके payment आ सकती है।
⚠️ Pehle yeh karein: pmkisan.gov.in par Beneficiary Status check karein aur dekhein ki aapka status kya dikha raha hai — Approved, RFT, Pending, Rejected? Status ke according neeche ka fix karein.
1️⃣ Reason: eKYC Pending / Incomplete
eKYC ab mandatory hai — bina eKYC ke koi bhi installment credit nahi hogi. 2022 se yeh rule lagu hai. Agar aapka eKYC pending ya incomplete hai, to 23rd installment nahi aayegi.

✅ eKYC Complete Karne Ke Steps:
- pmkisan.gov.in par jaayen
- Farmers Corner → eKYC par click karein
- Apna 12-digit Aadhaar number daalein
- OTP mode select karein → registered mobile par OTP aayega
- OTP enter karein aur verify karein
- Ya Face Auth mode select karein → smartphone se selfie verify

2️⃣ Reason: Aadhaar-Bank Linking Missing (RFT Status)
Agar aapka status RFT (Rejected for Transfer) dikha raha hai, iska matlab hai ki aapka Aadhaar bank account se linked hai lekin NPCI Aadhaar Mapper mein activate nahi hai. NPCI ke bina payment transfer nahi ho sakti.
🔍 RFT Ka Matlab:
- R = Rejected — Payment reject ho gayi
- F = For — Kyunki
- T = Transfer — Transfer nahi ho saki
- Reason: NPCI mapper mein Aadhaar-Bank mapping nahi hai

- Apne bank branch par jaayen (jismein account hai)
- Aadhaar card aur bank passbook sath le jaayen
- Bank staff se kahun: "Mera NPCI Aadhaar Mapper activate karna hai"
- Ek activation form bharna padega
- 5-7 working days mein mapper activate ho jayega
- Activate hone ke baad PM Kisan portal par status update hoga
- Next payment cycle mein ₹2,000 credit ho jayega

3️⃣ Reason: Land Seeding / Verification Pending
PM Kisan mein land ownership verify hona zaroori hai. State government har farmer ki jamabandi/khatauni verify karti hai. Agar aapki land records PM Kisan database se match nahi kar rahi, toh payment rok di jayegi.
🔍 Land Seeding Issue Ke Common Causes:
- Land records digitize nahi hui — Patwari se milein
- Farmer ka naam jamabandi mein nahi hai — Name addition karein
- Land transfer hua lekin update nahi hua — Mutation complete karein
- Multiple farmers ki same land — sabka naam hona chahiye
- Urban/Commercial land dikh rahi hai — agriculture land hona chahiye
✅ Land Seeding Fix Karne Ke Steps:
- Apne Patwari / Lekhpal se milein
- Jamabandi / Khatauni ki latest copy mangwayein
- Dekhein ki aapka naam correctly registered hai ya nahi
- Agar nahi hai to name addition / correction karwaein
- Block Agriculture Officer ko application dein ki PM Kisan database mein land update ho
- 15-30 days mein verification complete hoti hai

4️⃣ Reason: Bank Account Problem (FMR / Dormant / Wrong IFSC)
Agar status mein FMR (Fund Movement Rejected) dikha raha hai, toh bank-side se payment reject ho gayi. Yeh bank account ke issue ke karan hota hai.

5️⃣ Reason: Exclusion Criteria / Ineligible Status
Government ne strict verification ke baad 1.13 crore+ farmers ko beneficiary list se hata diya hai. Agar aap exclusion criteria mein aate hain, toh payment nahi aayegi.
🚫 PM Kisan Exclusion Categories:
- Income Tax Payer — Last financial year mein ITR file kiya
- Government Employee — Central/State government job
- Professional — Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, CA, etc.
- Pensioner — Rs 10,000+/month se zyada pension
- Large Landholder — State-specific limit se zyada land
- Duplicate Entry — Same family mein multiple registration
- Landless Farmer — Koi registered agriculture land nahi

🔀 Quick Check: Aapka Status Kya Dikha Raha Hai?
pmkisan.gov.in par status check karke neeche apna status dhundhein aur follow karein:
Payment approved hai aur transfer process mein hai. 3-7 days mein bank account mein credit hogi. Agar 7+ days ho gaye to bank check karein.
NPCI Aadhaar Mapper activate karein — bank branch jaayen. Reason #2 dekhein upar.
eKYC ya land verification chal rahi hai. Wait karein ya documents check karein — Reasons #1 aur #3 dekhein.
Exclusion criteria mein aa rahe hain. Grievance file karein agar galat exclusion hai — Reason #5 dekhein.
Bank-side issue — dormant account, wrong IFSC, name mismatch. Reason #4 dekhein.

Nahi, sabko nahi mili. Jo farmers ka eKYC complete hai, Aadhaar-bank linked hai, aur land records verified hai — unko payment aa gayi hogi ya aayegi. Jo pending hain unko pehle yeh complete karna padega.
RFT ka matlab NPCI mapper mein Aadhaar-Bank link nahi hai. Bank branch jaake NPCI Aadhaar Mapper activation request de. 5-7 din mein activate hoga. Phir next payment cycle mein credit hoga.
pmkisan.gov.in par Beneficiary Status check karein. Agar status 'Approved' hai lekin eKYC column mein pending dikha raha hai, to Farmers Corner > eKYC se complete karein.
PM Kisan mein koi last date nahi hoti — jo eligible farmers hain unko APR-JUL period mein payment credit hoti hai. Lekin eKYC aur documents pehle se complete hone chahiye. Late complete karne par payment next cycle mein aayegi.
Agar aapki eKYC, bank linking aur land verification complete hai, to payment APR-JUL period mein (April-June) credit honi chahiye. Agar koi bhi step pending hai to usko complete karein — payment uske baad aayegi.
